Duplicate Loan Numbers allowed to be saved #151

Create a new loan

Manually edit the loan number to be the same as an existing loan

Select a borrower

Save the loan.

Expect that the save should fail because the loan number is in use.

Actual result is that the new loan is saved with a duplicate loan number

Need to check with Steve to see if this is by design, or if this should be fixed

A warning is now displayed when a loan is inserted with an existing loan 
number. The warning can be disabled through preferences
