When launcing EGaz from the RDE or Site Details form, locality should be seeded in the egaz search box #155

Click on the ellipsis button next to the position controls on either the site 
details or RDE forms. 

Expect that Egaz is opened and that the locality of the site is placed in the 
search box

Egaz is shown with an empty search box
