Map symbol size selector should allow for text input as well slider

When producing distribution maps the symbol size selector should allow for 
'precise' textual import so that symbol sizes are consistent across different 
maps

"The map symbol size selector is a bit of a nuisance.  I have been drawing all 
my maps with symbol size 10 in the old BioLink.  To get comparable maps (and 
make sure all maps are the same format) I now have to carefully count to the 
correct spot on the symbol size slider (there are no major graduation marks).  
Since settings cannot be saved, a lot of time is spent setting up symbol sizes, 
fonts, legend format, etc for each new map to make sure it is same as all the 
other that I have done."

Symbol sizes, colours and shapes are now saved between runs (from distribution 
reports). In addition, symbol sizes can be set using a up.down spinner control 
as well as the slider now.
