Not possible to retrieve notes in query tool #194

No note fields are available as fields in the query tool. It should be possible 
to retrieve notes the same way that traits are

Added note types to the list of fields available in the query tool. Also added 
a formatting option for notes to strip off RTF markup, or to leave it as is
