Double clicking on sites, material, visits or taxa should edit that item #203

These items should have the concept of a default action (Edit details) that 
gets triggered when they are double clicked

Pinnables, Site explorer items and Taxon Explorer items can now respond to 
double click by launching the details editor for the selected item. The 
explorer behaviour might be irritating to people who use double click to expand 
the tree view items (rather than using the little triangles), and so can be 
disabled under the Admin->Preferences window
