Multiple SiteVisit Selector on Map Tool does not allow for editing of visits

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate a Distribution Map where points are close togethor
2. Right click on a cluster of points and select "edit visit"
3. A dialog should appear listing each visit, but no popup menu will appear if 
you select on (right click)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should get the option to edit visits or associates site

No menu appears. Note this is only for visits, sites and material seem to work 
ok
