Entering LatLong #28

I have 31d13'34.6"S 121d40'48.9"E but when the decimal seconds are entered they 
are dropped and only degrees and minutes are save (apparently).

Hi Steve, I take it that when entering DMS the seconds field should allow 
fractional (decimal) values? I'm guessing this is the problem.

Hi Dave,

I guess. This was from a label from someone in WA and can only assume that  
he got it from a GPS. It's such a small distance that I'd be happy if it  
just stripped the decimal part and treated the seconds as an integer. This  
would probably be the easiest course.

I tried preserving the decimal point, but the reconversion from decimal degrees 
(how it is stored in the database) rounds it up anyway. Its fixed in the next 
build.
