Renaming taxa #32

Open Taxon Explorer
Search for a name
Select name, right-click and Rename .... and then Return
Now what????

Move to All Taxa tab.  OK, there's the Save changes button.
Click Save changes but nothing happens.  Oops.

I'd be happy to disable Rename when on the Find tab as you can use Edit Name to 
do the same thing.

I would assume the same problem occurs on the Favorites but I haven't looked.

There was a more general problem of the Taxon explorer showing the wrong menu 
items for find results. This has been corrected, and fixes the other issue of 
Find in contents being missing
