Error editing templates #38

Rob found the following when using the ANIC database:

On Material Explorer; Templates; Material Templates; right mouse click on 
32-023 Nylanderia Emery,1906; choose Edit details and it came up with a huge 
error message thingy with Exception written in the top left corner. Now every 
other thing I try to open, ie a rapid data entry, comes up with the same 
Exception error.

This error, and a host of other errors, where being caused by a 'Windows Vista' 
compatible icon being used (256x256). Removing the large icon image from the 
icon file appears to have fixed this issue.
