Some associates are not being loaded on the taxon detail form, even though they 
appear in the taxon associates report

It appears from my testing that the actual associates mechanism itself is 
working, but the Associates For Taxa report is returning misleading results 
(especially in the case where there are Taxa linked to Material records). I 
think the solution to this is to enhance the associates report so that it is 
clear what each member of the association is.
