Node colors #1

Seems like the node colors are selected randomly? The also change every time any of the settings are changed.

It would be nice to use some consistent palette (for example from RColorBrewer package) that would not change.

Solved: constant color scheme (now, scaled from light yellow to navy) for vertices, using https://github.com/gka/chroma.js. IMO, issue can be closed (depends whether there should be a color picker for a user)
