This helps us to trace the equipment and provides a faster, more appropriate reply. B2100051 Which host operating system are you using? e.g. Windows 7, 32-bit various, Win7 32-bit, Mac Please supply a one line summary of the problem. Screen does not display video or startup screen Please provide a full description. The more information you can provide so that we can duplicate the problem the better. The screen does not display its startup status screen upon powerup. It worked normally this afternoon for an experiment but then a few minutes later it did not work for the next experiment, nothing happened to it that I know of between the experiments.
It currently remains blank/dark upon powerup, the backlight appears to be on but flickers intermittently. The status LED on the back of the screen displays green when nothing is plugged into the DVI cable, and blue when something is plugged in. Various computers both PC/Win and Mac correctly recognize the Boldscreen when it is plugged into the computer's DVI output, but nothing shows up on the Boldscreen."
The Boldscreen stopped working after the scan today which ended at 230pm.
The screen does not display video input, several computers have been tried. The screen seems to have the backlight on but it flickers intermittently, and the startup status screen does not ever appear. The status LED on the back of the monitor shows green or blue depending on whether the DVI cable is plugged into a video source, which is its normal behavior. The computer plugged into the Boldscreen (both with PC and Mac) recognizes it as being plugged in, in the usual manner, but no images are displayed to the Boldscreen.
