SVS shimming issue recurrence 10/31 #204

FWHM >200, can't be manually shimmed into spec

rebooting the scanner per Nouha recommendation

seemed to work normally after reboot, users got SVS shimming down to ~17 for FWHM

per Siemens recommendation, try using the "load tune-up" option in the interactive shim, should reset the shim values to the last PM tune-up values, this should accomplish the same thing as rebooting the scanner as far as the shims are concerned
