warning: copying slice locations from axial/transverse to sagittal scans #209

be careful when copying slice center locations on the Prisma,

if you copy from an axial/transverse to a sagittal (for example from a DWI to a T1MPRAGE), it will alter the slices of the sagittal to be transverse, which will change the readout dimension and lead to a signal alias/wrap of the neck area up into the brain
