Disable filter controls that offer no options #52

This diff hides the source, port, filter controls that do not offer any useful value, such as the sources drop-down when there is only one source.

Thanks for 214947d0a8e2234bdf5d8f56eae1ac7457e9e8e7! Moved it to the new init_defaults function, and there was a small bug I fixed. 4393fcafe0a6f1bebe03e3d42301ba3620b6ad60
