Investigate the user of <has-library> tags to further limit the filtered 
devices to G-Nex.

There aren't any useful <uses-library> to be found.

However, we may need to loosen screen size/resolution restrictions in order to 
support tablets in the future, or "tablet mode" custom ROMs.

This screen resolution restrictions are getting to be too much of a kludge.  
Better to manually exclude devices.

Too bad we can't filter on the feature of "supports fastboot with unlockable 
bootloader".
