Custom ROMSs in "Tablet Mode" are labeled as incompatible by Play Store #22

Users whose phones are in "Tablet Mode" using a custom ROM such as Paranoid 
Android may be unable to download from the Play Store. Switching back to Phone 
Mode should resolve the issue.

This is a Manifest issue; need to loosen device resolution restrictions.
