Display users/points for a team #138

Add an option from the user profile if a team name is entered display a button to call a page showing the users for that team and the points that those users have Maybe also show how the team is doing overall against other teams

Also fixed minor html errors in predictions and saved predictions Also fixed error in link from user profile back to predictions/saved predictions
