Merge changes of kissfft.hh from bazaar-projects/kissfft? #1

They created a repo from 1.3.0 source archive and made some changes on kissfft.hh https://github.com/bazaar-projects/kissfft

no PR at the moment, I just discover their repo of KIS FFT.

It looks like @itdaniher has been merging PRs on bazaar-projects. They've got some good stuff on there.

The description for bazaar-projects says "Cherry-picking sweet patchsets for abandoned projects since 1970." I guess "abandoned" == not on github ‽

@mborgerding hey! I'm happy to either transfer ownership of the project, add you to bazaar projects, or add a depreciation notice. you're correct that at the time, I used "abandoned" as a euphemism for "not on github" - past me was def painting in broad strokes there.
