VGM export #6

.VGM is my favorite soundchip-logging format of all time, and I want a VGM export so I can listen to the demo songs with foo_gep.

Hi, in 1.71 specification of VGM there was SAA1099 chip support added, so, probably SAA1099Tracker could export also this file format in future. But now, when there are many of basic and crucial features wasn't implemented in the tracker yet, I think that we talking about the future. Anyway, I putting the next item on the bottom of my TODO list 😉
