Is eemailme a bot who is watching this project ?

so I was sharing this project with a friend, and in checking to see the engagement of my agile project I found something strange. A non-human appears to be watching this project. Now I have no confirmed they are part of a bot net yet.

I did some research:

I'm going to try direct email. However, I have found people who want to hide things or are bad actors don't respond.

wow this is crazy, the one fork they have is of @Jrbiltmore who has https://github.com/Jrbiltmore/HowToMakeBiologicalWeapons/tree/root hopefully that link sticks around but looking at it, its not a real repo, so looks like github isn't catching these.

I confirmed @csm10495 didn't do it, but based on the linking it appears to be a government spy bot, have not confirmed yet though. It looks like @csm10495 is also being stocked by this bot.

@nongaap did the research that linked some of this. I can tell Mike is for sure not aware of some things going on in Missouri, from my own personal experience, but this has been an interesting thing to look into for sure.

I've confirmed the watcher is using a monitored email,

The email owner reported there actions were a result of being bored. This appears to be subterfuge as the effort taken clearly shows a dedicated intent. Military personal would have approached the situation differently. An individual who is responsible for the action also would have taken a different approach. The efforts to to get a hidden DNS, monitor the email, prove this is part of a for profit attempt for something. It appears they may be watching people to use there technology or code with out notice so they can make money using the software.

This appears to be after learning how anti-spam networks watch people. There are limited ways my username could have come up, I have narrowed this down.

When this topic was updated that they are a for profit company built on tracking they stopped all talking, this makes it very likely they are in fact that. Also, given that they let the time pass its clear they are a bigger company or they feel they wont be able to be tracked back to who they are. If they dont respond to this, I will likely use legal action to resolve who they are as there is a chance they are part of a group tracking me in a for profit action I'm working to fight.

okay, so this appears to be a machine learning account. https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7180-7704 it pulls information to train its models.
