wrong character in uighur language virtual keyboard #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open
http://code.google.com/apis/ajax/playground/?exp=language#virtual_keyboard
2. replace RUSSIAN with UIGHUR
3. press RUN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when i press "ئە"( Uighur Ae) which it's code is (06D5), instead i got 
Arabic character "إ" ( arabic Ee) which it's code is (0625)..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
im using Flock ( firefox Clone) 2.5.6, on Windows 7 x86

Please provide any additional information below.

another hint, in the edit box blow, there is a virtual keyboard, u can see that 
it
contins arabic character "إ" (in the position of english g), it should contain 
Uighur
"ئە"

Replace Arabic character "إ" with Uighur character "ە"  in the code is 
necessary.
