Hierarchical by default #58

This probably should be made an option but I don't see an issue with this being default. Having hierarchical post types by default can be very useful for event pages or major site sections.

You can use the scpt_plugin_default_cpt_options filter if you want to set the defaults for your site, but this should not be the global default. First off, changing this now would cause issues for anyone using the plugin currently. Second, the options should mirror core's defaults. I changed the "public" option's default value to true when I built this plugin, and regret doing so.

Even though I'm rejecting it, thanks all the same for the PR!
