Consider changing FsPickler.CSharp to use the FSharp.Core NuGet package #37

Currently, FsPickler.CSharp uses FSharp.Core.3 (from Intellifactory). This can cause issues when used inconjunction with other NuGet pcakages which reference (the semi-official) FSharp.Core.

So, I've made this pull request in the hopes that we can continue to move the community towards a canonical version of the FSharp.Core package.
