simplified learning sequence #13

This

moves some of the topics to be "Level 200" in the learning sequence
adds documentation and clarifications to many of the tutorials.
Splits the solution into two (the custom cloud service template is scary for people who just want to do data scripting)

We should also really start to auto-publish these tutorials to the MBrace website so that people can learn the programming model that way too
