Upgrade MBrace.Core/Azure #33

Added core-0.9.14, azure-0.7.0 packages.
Updated samples to the new API.
The API for registering native dependencies is missing (sample 5-using-nuget-packages).

I think we have to be careful not to merge this before the Brisk engine is updated to have the latest version. Or we should make the link to the starter pack on the home page point to a download ZIP of a specific version that's compatible with the default version deployed by Brisk.

Note that Brisk now supports multiple versions. I’ve also been experimenting with orthogonally also allowing targeting different Fsharp Core framework versions – with VS2015 now in the wild we need to look at addressing this at some point.

This relates to the client / server incompatibility issue I suppose.
