"Download the hands-on tutorial" 404 #29

there is a link on mbrace webpage that says "Download the hands-on tutorial" and points to https://github.com/mbraceproject/MBrace.StarterKit/blob/master/azure/brisk-versions.md but GitHub show the 404 page.

Thanks for pointing that out. I think it is fixed now.
