EventMap tooltip too wide #41

Text on the lefthand column of the tooltip is extending too far into the tooltip and making the tooltip too wide for the dashboard. Look into the text splitting functionality in KeyPointMap.addCirlce method. Add this to util.js and use it in the EventMap tooltip.

The Xylenes (BTEX) includes benzene, toluene, and ethylbenzene. Maybe consolidate, concatenate, or get rid of some of these chemicals to clean up the tooltip.
