Download link for ExtJS Neptune is broken #9

I noticed that the download link is broken, and cannot find said file anywhere in the internet. Do you have a backup of said file, so that we could upload it somewhere and then update the xml-file to point to the new location? There is also a small chance that I find the file in a backup, will report back later.

@Shyru Did you find the asset in backup? I am considering mirror assets on github,etc. and pr for switching refs from evolus.vn and googlecode
