Users may occasionally find that a ratchet search results in 0 trees.
Workaround: A solution is simply to re-run the search. If starting over from scratch, you will very likely use the same default random number seed, so run the search with a different number of replicates (to be conservative run at least one extra rep). This seems to prevent the problem, but there is a chance that the failure to save trees could happen again (since when it occurs is effectively random).
