Have done locally here file:///Users/michellebrien/dev/portfolio/placeholder-site/index.html in this repo https://github.com/mbrien12/portfolio-2017

Should be deployed on Heroku https://my-placeholder-site.herokuapp.com/ but not working

Need to also figure out how to put on own domain

Wasn't working because no recognised language e.g. ruby etc. as intended for web apps not simple static pages. Got round it by tricking it into thinking it's a PHP app using these instructions

Didn't work initially because not in root folder - so created second test repo and worked when not as subfolder.

So currently hosted here https://test-portfoilio-placeholder.herokuapp.com/
