Support for event tags - Githubissues

e.g. Sport - Formula 1 Event - 2021 Saudi Arabia GP Tags - array( 2021, Grand Prix, ...)

Sport - Football Event - Man Utd - PSG Tags - array( 2021, Championships League, semi-finals, ...)

notes:

tags look like a more elegant and general solution VS hard [sport-group-event] hierarchy
implementation idea: tags as arrays in PG events table
set of predefined tags (looks like a better option at first) VS strings
UI TBD and made in a seperate ticket
