Consider extracting the core server functionality into a library #280

It seems like Rust is lacking a good Gemini server library so I think it would be a good contribution to the community to release the core server functionality as a separate crate that other projects could use.

Maintaining a library is not really something we are looking for here. As far as I saw there are other gemini server frameworks/libraries already.
