Delete of Environment-Variables #19

If found no delete request for the environment-class.

The environment classes are all "singelton" and have program life time. There 
are several common concepts for singeltons, one is implemented in MBSim which 
do no free the resources. It is done by the OS after program end.

Are there problems with this behavior?
