mbsimgui crashes when double clicking on a body visualized by OpenMBV::CompoundRigidBody #34

The following steps will reproduce the problem:
1. Add a body to the MBS
2. Open the property dialog of the body, choose CompoundRigidBody in the 
visualisation tab and add a cube to the compound rigid body
3. Close the dialog and double click on the body in the 3D view
