`revenue` field missing from "Enhanced fields" table #50

revenue field is sometimes included in TripDescriptor of the Vehicle Positions enhanced JSON feed.

The field is described in the Non-Revenue trips section of the GTFS-RT README, but is not described in the Enhanced fields table.

revenue field should be added to Enhanced fields table, with accurate field description.
