Assumptions

Have a working script/ansible playbook to have CS:GO server set up. (Tracked in #1)

Requirements

Creating a Issue with a predetermined command text should trigger server creation.
Closing issue with command text should trigger server deletion.

Example commands:

/create
/delete
/status

Added necessary Secrets to connect to Google Cloud. Example workflow can be seen in branch - add_gcloud_support, example run showing authentication is successful, but zero instances. CC: @mrrobot47

Great, will start on code for instance creation, deletion and other basic functionalities required for this over the next weekend.
