Web Warriors last major merge to main. Included in this PR:

Full integration with the backend API.
Lots of styling and stability changes to our filter components.
Fully functional Log Detail page, which now opens in a new tab.
A new test file including six brand new end-to-end tests.
Styling improvements to the Log Event table to make user interpretation of data more intuitive.
