Archive command deletes "in progress" task #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a task - eg. punch in 10
2. Run archive command - eg. punch ar 2009-01-01
3. Verify that unfinished task has been deleted - eg. punch what - result
is "no active task"

What is the expected output? Unfinished task should remain in punch.dat file.
