fix the link to the hardware documentation #12

Thanks for your contribution. Unfortunately this is not correct. The links refer to the generated html documents that are generated from all .md source documents. The final html documents are generated during generation of the release archives.

Please use maintenance/gen-doc.sh to generate the documentation from the MDs.
