Add tmpfile #129

It was requested I upstream the tmpfile.

Should /var be removed from these lines: https://github.com/mbuesch/razer/blob/86c30dc4fd38722f65f6e06fa024a372933badae/ui/pyrazer/main.py#L199-L200 as in: https://github.com/mbuesch/razer/blob/86c30dc4fd38722f65f6e06fa024a372933badae/razerd.initscript#L15

Also, should razer.conf be added to CMakeLists.txt?
