Update to elasticsearch to 6.3 #24

Update elasticsearch dependencies
Remove indices function, no longer exists in Java API
Remove disable_coord from common, no longer exists in Java API

Oh wow, I just yesterday started to look into how much would be done to update to 6.3 and just now wanted to create an issue/PR for it, now you beat me by 30 minutes to it :D

:D it was mostly mechanical changes just to get the tests passing.

Yeah, I noticed that - any other changes that need to be done or you want to do before this can be merged and published? Because, I could make good use of it right now :D

Sure I can ship it. Just need to update the readme and changelog.
