Subject column #25

Hi,
can you set a 'Subject' column width to fully fill the issues window?
It looks dizzy when both - 'Id' and 'Subject' uses only 30% of it.

The width of the id and the subject columns are dynamic, based on the length of 
the subjects and id's. If you have a long subject, column will size accordingly 
in length.

I'll look into giving the subject column a minimum width of the viewable space.
