Provide a mobile installer so no admin rights are needed #26

Installer need admin right, which is not possible in companies. Of course .Net 
is a requirement to be installed before.
Maybe the traybar feature isn't possible then.

The current installer only needs admin rights to install Dot Net; if Dot Net is 
available, client can be installed without admin rights, the only thing is you 
cannot install it to program files, but you have to provide another location. 
To install in program files, you need special rights.

Ok, but .net installer must be optional and also destination folder.
I will try again without admin rights and report error if it doesn't work.
