When ever I try to save the settings and connect to the server I get the
following error:

Title: Startup error. Check Configuration
Message: Exception while loading Issue Priorities: Not Found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version of Client: 2.0.7.0 on Ubuntu 12.04
Version of Redmine: 2.3.1 on Windows 7

If you select an earlier version of Redmine in the settings? Does it work then?
(a version where the buttons of enums at the bottom of the settings are
enabled?)

Hello,

Sorry fr the late reply. It released version works when I select V2.1 for the
Redmine version.

The new version that you have attached gives me the same error.

Thanks for your help.

Same Issue.
Version of Redmine: 2.3.1 on FreeBSD
Version of Client: 2.0.7.0 on Windows 7

Client works when I select 2.1 version of Redmine in options.

I also has same issue.

Our redmine is at http://server.example.com/redmine.

And client access to /redmine/issue_priorities.xml and get 404 error.
It should access to /redmine/enumerations/issue_priorities.xml, I think.
