The last version of the application (3.0.0) cookbook breaks compatibility with this cookbook.

But the fix is very simple, I just had to change a mixin name.

I also switched to version number 2.0.0 like the others application_* cookbooks.

Can you tag the commit as 2.0.0 and publish it on opscode community site ? Thanks for the merge by the way.
