Run rubocop -a, prefer single-quotes and avoid symbol lookups when possible
Fix source_url to be valid
Bump to latest 6.0.4 upstream version from 6.0.0
Move readme to Markdown format, because Chef Supermarket
Add a homedir attr and use throughout
