Adding documentation #14

You mentioned sovereign as an inspiration. But it's pretty well documented which makes it obviously much easier for someone to set it up and to inform what's included.

Perhaps a description how to setup with chef-provisioning or chef-zero would be helpful for newcomers.

I guess the documentation of sovereign could also a pretty good inspiration as they also mention the certificate generation progress etc (how about setup with letsencrypt?).

There is a lot of documentation that is required from an end-user perspective as well as for aspiring contirbutors. It's a work in progress...
