Create of file casper-rw fails #436

The creation of the casper-rw file fails, if there are spaces in the path to the casper-rw file. I realized this error when using an usb partion with the name 'USB 64 G'

It fails also if the executables dd.exe & mke2fs.exe installed to directories with spaces like C:\Program Files (x86)\ . Looking in the log file I saw that the ISO is extracted correctly with 7z.exe: Executing ==> "C:\Program Files (x86)\multibootusb\data\tools\7zip\7z.exe" -ssc- -bb1 x -y -o"H:
