Add events to the admin panel #164

That way La Cocina can edit their own events.

we need:

data model
DB migration
- might be worth looking at the stubbed out data in ApplicationHelper to see what kinda fields we would need at the ver minimum
admin panel pages
a few tweaks to the events controller so we pull all upcoming events on the page
